With the WIDOS 8000 WM, it is possible to process and produce pipes and fittings out of PE and PP from OD 500 up to OD 1200.  The machine is mounted on an extremely solid and torsion-resistant base frame and features two flexible machine tables that are supported on precise and high-capacity guide units. The table drive enables exactly controllable and highest forces with continuous running and is ideally constructed according to the demands in plastics processing.

The WIDOS 8000 WM is meant for the rational fabrication of fittings e.g. bends, T- and cross-pieces of the highest quality in the workshop. It is possible to process and produce pipes and fittings out of PE and PP from OD 500 up to OD 1200. The clamping tools which have been optimized in handling and stability are folding and can be operated very quickly with only one spindle. They are swiveling mounted on the tables for the fabrication of fittings and can be moved horizontally for a simple compensation of mismatch. The solid clamping tools are available as 15° and 22.5° versions respectively. The clamping of the welding pieces is carried out manually via spindles in the standard version and can be optionally supplemented by hydraulic clamping cylinders.
